Открытый чемпионат Таллинна, 29 сентября - 1 октября 2023 года

Предлагаем в неполном объеме ознакомиться с условиями проведения международного турнира по боксу "Открытый чемпионат Таллинна по боксу", который пройдет в столице с 29 сентября по 1 октября. Турнир проводится в группах элиты, молодежи, юниоров и школьников с ограниченными весовыми категориями в отдельных возрастных группах. 

Обращаем внимание, что сегодня завершается регистрация для участия в открытом чемпионате столицы.

TALLINN OPEN 2023 

September 28th - October 2nd, 2023

It is our great pleasure to invite your National Federation teams to participate in the  International Tallinn OPEN 2023 Boxing Tournament in Tallinn, Estonia. 

The tournament will be held at Kalev Poksiklubi competition venue (address Tondi 17,  Tallinn, 3.floor).  

Accommodation will take place at Rixwell Viru Square Hotel (located in Tallinn´s Old  Town, address Viru 11, Tallinn). 

The tournament period is September 28th - October 2nd, 2023. 

The deadline for registration (including final entries, room lists and travel details) is  September 10th 2023.

The event dates are 28th September to 2nd October 2023, and the schedule will include  the following: 

• Arrivals 28 and 29 September • Tehnical meeting 28 September 
• Medical examination, 29 September 

General Weigh-in and Official Draw  

• Opening Ceremony and preliminaries 29 September 
• Competition Period 29 September – 1 October • Finals 1 October 
• Departures 1 – 2 October 

Daily Competition and Meeting Schedule 

Elite men: 10 weight categories 

57 kg, 60 kg, 63,5 kg, 67 kg, 71 kg, 75 kg, 80 kg, 86 kg, 92kg, 92+ kg. 

Elite women: 1 weight category 

60 kg. 

Youth men: 13 weight categories 

46 – 48 kg, 51 kg, 54 kg, 57 kg, 60 kg, 63,5 kg, 67 kg, 71 kg, 75 kg, 80 kg, 86 kg, 92kg, 92+ kg. 

Youth women: 2 weight categories 

60 kg, 66 kg. 

Junior men: 13 weight categories 

44 kg - 46 kg, 48 kg, 50 kg, 52 kg, 54 kg, 57 kg, 60 kg, 63 kg, 66 kg, 70 kg, 75 kg, 80 kg ja 80+ kg. 

Junior women: 1 weight category 

50 kg. 

Schoolboys: 10 weight categories 

37-40 kg, 42 kg, 44 kg, 46 kg, 48 kg, 50 kg, 52 kg, 57 kg, 60 kg, 63 kg. 

REQUIREMENTS 

All boxers must have:  

• Record Books of each boxer (with annual medical examination completed within  the previous 12 months) 
• Passport or ID card of each boxer. 
• Declaration of Non-Pregnancy Form for each female boxer, signed and dated • Two sets of Boxing Uniforms (red/blue) according to IBA Technical and  Competition rules 
• Gumshield, footwear, bandages/handwraps, protectors 

INSURANCE 

All participants are responsible for their own medical insurance. The organizer does not  provide medical Insurance.

Each participating association should bring IBA Star-qualified Referee & Judge (IBA 1- Star, 2-Star or 3-Star). In case of any issue regarding the R&J’s appointment, LOC will  contact National Federations in order to appoint a replacement. Confirmation of R&J registration by LOC will be sent to representatives of all participants. Please respect the  deadline of providing the name of the nominated R&J. 

TRANSPORTATION 

• The LOC provides transportation from/to Tallinn airport (TLL) and Tallinn bus  station upon arrival/departure. 
• Local transportation during the competition days in period from 29th September  to 1st October between the hotel and the venue. 
• Travel costs to Tallinn and back home are the responsibility of the participating  team. 
• Guidance information and timetables will be displayed on information boards in  the lobby of Team Hotel.

Accommodation will take place at Rixwell Viru Square Hotel (address Viru 11) located in  the old town of Tallinn. Distance to the competition venue is 3,2 km.

MEDALS 

Gold, Silver and 2 (two) Bronze Medals will be awarded along with diplomas to the  winners in each weight category.
